SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Gigi’s Goats & Soaps! Each order is carefully prepared and packaged with love. Because our products are handmade, please allow the following timeframes:
PROCESSING TIME
All orders require 5–7 business days to process before shipping. This processing time allows us to handcraft, prepare, and package your items to ensure the quality you expect.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
During busy seasons, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as a small business.
WATCH FOR EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email receipt confirming your order. Once your shipping label is printed, you can expect a second email with your tracking number.
As a courtesy, you’ll also receive:

An email the morning your package is out for delivery

A final email the moment your package is scanned as delivered

SHIPPING TIME & CARRIERS
Once your order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it becomes the customer’s responsibility. Gigi’s Goats & Soaps is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, including those taken by porch pirates or damaged after delivery.
If delivery issues are common in your area, we recommend choosing a secure delivery location.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
