NEW TO GIGI’S GOATS & SOAPS? HERE ARE A FEW HELPFUL TIPS:
• If you’re unsure if a product will work for you, we encourage you to try smaller sizes or individual items first. Not every product works the same for every person, so starting small is always a good idea before purchasing larger sizes or bundles.
• Take a moment to read customer reviews—they can be incredibly helpful.
• Please read ingredient lists carefully, especially if you or someone in your household has allergies or sensitivities.

ALL SALES FINAL – NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
Due to the personal nature of our handmade bath and body products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Every product you receive is handmade, fresh, and has never been in the hands of another customer.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Orders may only be changed or canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Any defects in packaging or damage that prevents normal use (such as cracked lids, broken pumps, or containers that cannot be opened) are considered damage. If your product arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please email photos of the box, invoice, and damaged product to

Your inquiry will be reviewed, and if approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
KIND OF CRAZY… BUT THIS NEEDS TO BE SAID
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it becomes the customer’s responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot replace packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery (porch pirates, pets, weather, etc.). If this is a concern in your area, we recommend arranging secure delivery or adding a lockbox or container to your porch.
